Time: Friday, September 28 @ 7:30 p.m.
Location: Cobourg Public Library, 200 Ontario St., Cobourg

Our first meeting of the autumn features Dr. David Beresford, Professor of Biology at Trent University and member of the Pest Management Advisory Council, on the topic of Ontario’s insect diversity (with particular reference to biting flies). While most of our interactions with biting flies are unpleasant, they have important ecological functions, so have value in terms of conservation. This should be a fascinating talk.
