This coming Thursday, the Northumberland Land Trust and the Lone Pine Land Trust are presenting the first in their Speaker Series for 2019. This month's speaker is Allie Anderson, PhD candidate at Trent University, who will tell us about the migration strategies of shorebirds using the Ontario James Bay shoreline as a stopover site. Allie conducted her MSc work on American Kestrels and is a graduate of Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. Light refreshments will be offered at 7 p.m., and the speaker will start at 7:30.
Directions: Venture 13 is located across the street from the Cobourg Community Centre on D'Arcy Street. Parking is available behind and near the building.
