Can I get a tax receipt for my membership fee?
Yes, Willow Beach Field Naturalists is a registered charity, and you will receive a tax receipt for your membership fee and any donations.
How much does it cost to become a member?
For 2025 and 2026, membership fees are $30 for a Single membership, and $40 for a Family membership. For anyone 25 years and younger, you can obtain a Youth membership for free. To join or renew, please click here.
How many people can be included in a Family membership?
Everyone in your household can be included in a Family membership. A Family membership allows for 2 votes at the Annual General Meeting.
What period does my membership cover?
Memberships are on a calendar year basis. Renewals for the next year can occur between September and January. To join or renew, please click here.
When and where are Club meetings?
There are 8 meetings per year, held on the last Friday of the month (unless otherwise specified) at the Cobourg Public Library. There are no meetings in June, July, August, and December. Meetings can also be attended through Zoom. For more information on dates and meeting speakers, click here.
Can I make a legacy gift to Willow Beach Field Naturalists?
We would be honoured to accept a legacy gift from you. Rest assured that your donation would be used with careful thought towards the conservation of nature in Northumberland County.
